Strip Cutting Tool Set

Rug Cutting Mat and Ruler turns rotary cutter into strip cutting machine. The mat has cutting lines for 3/16" strips marked on one side of the mat and lines for 1/4" strips on the second side. Top and bottom ruler guide moves ruler without wrinkling fabric.
