Orders may be placed through our secure shopping cart with

To place an order and pay by Money Order or Personal Check, please make your selections through our shopping cart, print off your order and mail to:

Check orders will be held for ten days until your check clears the bank.
We have no affiliation with PayPal. Orders are also accepted by phone.

RETURNS-REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.  Refunds will be issued once items are returned to and received by us.  Refunds will not be given on shipping charges.  Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.  All returns must be in original condition and packaging. 

PRIVACY

Quite simply, your personal and financial information are respected and  NEVER sold or shared with anyone.

FABRIC SAMPLE PROGRAM

A Fat Quarter Sample may be requested and will be shipped at a cost of $2.50 each plus postage. Please list the fabric stock numbers for which you are requesting a fabric sample only in the Comments Section of the Order Form. If you have listed the same fabric stock number in the Shopping Cart  and Comments Section, you will receive both cuts. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to orderdesk@colonialcrafts.com or call us at 508-347-3061.  E-mail cancellations must contain the following information:  First Name, Last name, Order Number and E-mail address.  This information must be identical to the information orginally submitted on your order.  Please provide contact information in the event we have any questions with regard to cancelling your order.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and shipped. 

CATALOG/WHOLESALE

We do not currently maintain a retail store, catalog or wholesale program.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

As you proceed through our shopping cart, you will see that shipping is ESTIMATED by the total of your order. This is not a fixed fee and final shipping will be adjusted to the ACTUAL shipping cost at our end. We ship by First Class, Priority Mail, Global Priority,  Air and Surface. Shipping rates on orders for a single pattern will be adjusted at our end to First Class Mail. Flat Rate Priority Boxes and Envelopes are used as often as possible to reduce shipping fees.
