Orders may be placed through our secure shopping cart with

To place an order and pay by Money Order or Personal Check, please make your selections through our shopping cart, print off your order and mail to:

Check orders will be held for ten days until your check clears the bank.
We have no affiliation with PayPal. Orders are also accepted by phone.

RETURNS-REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.  Refunds will be issued once items are returned to and received by us.  Refunds will not be given on shipping charges. Pattern, Books and Cut Yardage may not be returned.  All returns must be in original condition and packaging.

Quite simply, your personal and financial information are respected and  NEVER sold or shared with anyone.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to orderdesk@colonialcrafts.com or call us at 508-347-3061.  E-mail cancellations must contain the following information:  First Name, Last name, Order Number and E-mail address.  This information must be identical to the information orginally submitted on your order.  Please provide contact information in the event we have any questions with regard to cancelling your order.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and shipped. 

CATALOG/WHOLESALE

We do not currently maintain a retail store, catalog or wholesale program.

As you proceed through our shopping cart, you will see that shipping is ESTIMATED by the total of your order. This is not a fixed fee and final shipping will be adjusted at our end to the ACTUAL United States Postal Service Rate for your Zip Code or Destination Country. We ship by First Class, Priority Mail, Global Priority,  Air and Surface.  Single patterns will be sent by First Class Mail and the estimated fee adjusted accordingly.   Flat Rate Priority Boxes and Envelopes are used as often as possible.
 

When purchasing an ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE, please keep in mind we will DELETE the shipping fee upon processing your order.
